Cancellation Policy

Damages and Issues

  • Items eligible for replacement must be:

    • Unworn or unused

    • With tags attached

    • In original packaging

  • Provide receipt or proof of purchase.

  • If accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

  • Customers cover the shipping cost to return the original item.

  • We cover the shipping cost to send your replacement item.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
